Conserving Water

Our local leaders are facing the pressing question of how to ensure a clean, reliable water supply with strains from population growth, booming development, and global warming. Many communities are already enforcing water restrictions.
There are a few simple things you can do at home to ease the burden on your local water supply and save money in the process.

1. Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth.
2. Turn off the shower when shampooing your body and,
    or your hair.

3. Run the washing machine only when you have a full load.
4. Use a low flow shower head and faucet aerators.
5. Fix leaks.
6. Install a dual flush or low flow toilet or put a conversion
    kit on your existing toilet.

7. Don’t splash water over the pool deck.
Keep the water inside the pool.

8. Wash your dishes inside the sink and not under
    running water.

Water and Sewer Prices are increasing 10% every year! Your maintenance fees will go up!
