Rycroft Terrace AOUO is governed by a number of legal authorities.

The highest level of authority is the federal laws, such as ADA/Fair Housing Law.


Directly under the federal authority, is State Law. There is a lot of State Law that affect condominium projects.

All condominium projects are under H.R.S. 514-B.

Tenants

Tenants who will be renting a unit from one of our owners are required to register their stay with our site manager. Registration is essential to ensuring the community resources remain available only to authorized individuals and expected guests.
