Owners are very welcome to join our bi-monthly Board Meetings. If you have any concerns or questions you can express them during the  "Owners forum" which is held at the beginning of each board meeting.


Or you can also go to "Contact" and send us an email with your concerns and questions.


You also can send an email to the Management Executive Karen Fleming at Hawaiiana ( karenf@hmcmgt.com ), and he will be happy to give you answers, or will forward it to the board for discussion.


Board meetings are held every 2 months on the second Monday. Please see the Board Meeting Notice/Agenda on the Bulletin board.


Owners are certainly welcome to attend the board meetings. If an owner has some input or concerns, the owner may approach the board in "Owners Forum" for about 2 minutes.
